It is Sunday, Mar 2, 7:30 AM. We've been here a week now. We love it. We love these sweet humble people. They seem to be a people without guile. They are a beautiful people. Many dress in modern European also, many dress in traditional Mongolian clothing. The gospel is progressing here. Those who have accepted Jesus Christ are very strong and faithful. We have a nice apartment just a 5 minute walk from our office. It is located directly across the street from the Chinghis Khaan Hotel on Tokyo Street. Our office is a relatively new 40,000 square foot 5 story building constructed by the church about 2 years ago. There are five other couples who live close by. There are 130 fulltime missionaries who are serving here for 18 to 24 months, from all over the world. We have a native Mongolian who is our secretary-translator to assist us in our work. Her English is amazing. She served a mission in Idaho and just returned home in December. We have been so very busy, partly with Humanitarian Projects which are now underway and meeting with people who are requesting consideration for new projects. For example, this last week we met with a member of Parliament who was requesting our help in a project that he is heading in providing 400 gers for housing the homeless. We are also participating in assitance for a school for disabled children, distributing wheelchairs, and a traveling health fair that has gone throughout the city's schools. We love the culture and the country. Thank you so very much for your prayers. We love you and pray for you always. Bill & Kathy
